College educated with a BA from Columbia College Chicago and a culinary diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, my training started on the line at a few of Los Angeles's finest restaurants. The past few years have been a focus on developing my personal style and contribution to the culinary world in the greater Los Angeles area.
I specialize in customized experiences and menus focusing on high quality casual to high-end and formally plated Southern California fare that is approachable, elegant, and from scratch. My experience ranges from small, private dinners to large catered and corporate events.
